Hi,

At the moment, users aren’t able to close the app by pressing the back button.
Talking to Sam, this is to prevent accidentally closing the app.
Perhaps a better way would be to implement a “press back again to close” toast which would allow users to close the app while also preventing accidental closes.

I’ve experienced this on Android, not sure about IOS.

It’s the first time we hear this suggestion, but I think it’s a good idea.

To answer your question, there is no “back” button on iOS so this concerns only Android users.
